Lead form info come empty

Our Facebook account was hacked and we had to change passwords
The leads that come now from the lead form come empty even though I reconnected everything on the Connections page.
why is it happening?
Do I need to put everything back together?
It's a lot of work now.
Please let me know somethig ASAP as our automation is not working now

Under those circumstances, it is advisable to refresh the connection. This can be done in the app settings. Refer to the provided image for guidance.
I did it and its not changing anything.
In the end I replce the connection with new one to all of our workflow
Did you try making the connection in the incognito mode of your browser?
Not working on incognito as well

As we have checked on of your Facebook lead ads connection it seems like the workflow is working now.
Its working because i've added the leads manually!

Please update the connection for Facebook Lead Ads and then re-examine the workflows. Ensure that all workflows incorporate the new or updated connection for the Facebook Lead Ad trigger event.
