Leads from FB lead form don't goes to the system

I've created a new workflow with FB leads app.
I've sent one test and I saw it in the capture response,
but all the next leads don't go to the system
There is nothing In the history but in the campaign, I can see 5 leads already.

What can be the problem?

Could you please share the name of the workflow and also confirm whether have you configured the trigger event or not?
