Login as customer without knowing his password

Hi,

A lot of times customer have problems and we can't connect to their computer to see whats happening.

Would be nice to have a button in dashboard to login as customer. And after click on this button pabbly will login inside customer portal with customer credentials but we don't need know their password.

And we can see everything that customer also see when he is logged in!

This help us to do some tasks for him or fix some problems.

We use https://loginpress.pro/add-ons/ in our wordpress and AutoLogin addon help us a lot to login as customer without knowing his password.

Can you bring this feature to PSB?

We are glad to inform you that the "Login as" feature is live now. You don't have to ask your clients for their account credentials but, you simply have to click on the "Login as" button(as shown in the image) from your merchant dashboard and you will be logged into their account.
Just go into the 'customers' tab, find the customer and you'll see the option to login into your customer's client portal.
