Lookup in sheets

I need to make a lokup in a google sheet that has over 20.000 rows, an I saw that it only search in 100. Is that right? Is that any way aroud this? I watched the video and it does not say anything about this.

It will search all 20,000 rows but only return maximum of 100 rows in result.
