MailChimp - Action To Send Data To List Not Working

We created a simple trigger in G-sheets for when new data is added to simply send it to Mailchimp.
When we tested the webhook in sheets, there was no issue and no issue when we synced Mailchimp and selected the list, but I've spent 2 hours on this and I'm new to this platform and I think may just end up paying more to go to Zapier.
This integration should be simple and I looked at all the instructions, but I'm unable to send basic email info to Mailchimp.
Quite frustrated, can someone help please?
