Mapping fields from one Formidable form to more than one Monday.com board

Hello.

I am mapping the fields from a Formidable form submission from our website to appear in our Sales Pipeline board in Monday.com.

Some of the columns within the Sales Pipeline board are mirrored from our Contacts board.

Is there a way to map straight into the mirrored columns in the Sales Pipeline board, or do those fields have to be mapped to the Contacts board, then added to the Sales Pipeline board in a separate step?

Do you want to update the boards if a particular item exists in your group and create one if the item doesnt exist?

These are all new enquiries via the Formidable form on our website about services provided by our company, so there is no existing item on any board. Therefore, we only need a new item created and don't need any existing items updated.

You can use the filter action step in your workflow after the trigger event by searching the items on the board.
