I am coming across errors when mapping Fluent Forms to Ecwid such as "Wrong JSON format: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1]". When the integration is working, I can see that the product is created in Ecwid but it doesn't allow the form and invoice to be sent to the customer that is enclosed within the product. It will only send the email to the customer with the email address and products they have purchased but no form or invoice. Is there someone who can help me with the mapping and also figuring out why the forms attached to the product in Ecwid aren't sending out to the customer?
