How do I trigger an automation when any person sends a message to a whatsapp number or a whatsapp group, using message bird service?
Or how should I do it with other service?

Currently, we don't have a dedicated video to explain how you can set up MessageBird as your trigger application. Therefore, you would need to follow the help text to establish a connection with your MessageBird account and configure MessageBird as your trigger step.
We do have multiple other options to capture WhatsApp messages like WhatsApp Cloud API, WATI, WhatsApp by 360Dialog etc.
