Hi Team,

I’m facing a sudden issue in my Pabbly Connect workflow.

✅ Problem: Whenever my WhatsApp automation is scheduled to send a message at a specific time, the workflow triggers three times, resulting in three duplicate messages being sent to the same lead.

👉 This was not happening earlier – it’s a recent problem.

My doubts:
  • Is this a bug in Pabbly?
  • Or is my workflow accidentally set up in a way that causes multiple triggers?
  • Could it be due to scheduling settings, duplicate workflows, or some error in the trigger configuration?
I’m completely confused and worried because this might affect my brand reputation with my leads.

➡️ Can the experts or Pabbly support team please help me identify:

  • Why exactly my workflow is firing three times?
  • How can I ensure it triggers only once per scheduled time?
Thanks a lot for your help! 🙏
