Hello, I'm trying to export all the contact details from Messagebird to google sheet but seem like not even one data is collected. Kindly need assist

As we can see from your Messagebird trigger event, you might not have authenticated MessageBird's account correctly.

So, could you please confirm for us once that while connecting to the application have you passed the API with the prefix of "AccessKey xxxxxxxxx"?

Hai @Supreme, thank you for assist! We have successfully connected. But the system only capture the response id. We do have details like name, phone no etc but did not collect.

As we can understand from your recent webhook response, you still haven't captured the webhook response completely.

Kindly press "Re-Capture webhook response" first and then send a test message to the particular Channel Id once to capture the webhook response.
