Messages are not showing properly

Hello Team,

We recently migrated our account from Helpwise, but we’re now feeling it might have been the wrong decision for Chatflow.

Chats are not displaying properly. We have to scroll down to find conversations, and the most recent message in a conversation does not appear at the top. Instead, it’s buried among other messages without a clear sequence.
Attach image you can see 2 days ago chat showing on top and few hours after that

Please address this issue as soon as possible, or we may have to return to Helpwise.
