Meta lead to Wati automation

Hi I have settled up meta leads to wati automation, when ever a particular form receives a lead that lead will get an automated WhatsApp message but in workflow on wati section I am getting a message that Check your template it can not have typos or blank space , how to resolve this, that particular template working fine in wati broad cast . screen shot attached
