Missing custom fields on Freshworks CRM - Create New Contact

When using the Freshworks CRM connection in Pabbly to create a new contact there are many fields missing, specifically custom fields. Can these be added?

Our integration looked into custom fields on Freshworks CRM - Create New Contact action event and it seems like currently, the structure doesn't support the custom fields. So, because of that, we are currently unable to implement it.
