Due to a workflow running amok and using up my monthly tasks I am out of credits and my workflows have stopped working. I am unable to purchase a monthly plan additional to my existing plan to tide over this month. Can I please get some urgent help.

Thanks for reaching out.

Upon checking your account, it appears that you have already purchased an additional monthly plan. We also noticed that the workflow “GMB NH Locations-Review Logger” was responsible for consuming the majority of the tasks, as it was configured to run every 1 minute. Due to this high execution frequency, the tasks were consumed quickly.

At present, this workflow appears to be disabled, which should prevent any further task consumption from it.
