Multilanguage option on my first msg

Please guide me to integrate a multiple-language chat option like the one attached below from my first message.

Hello @NutriFit,

We would like to inform you that currently, Pabbly Chatflow supports only single-language templates. The template you are trying to use appears to be multi-language, which unfortunately makes this use case not feasible at the moment.
