Multiple URLs in Action Step

Hello Pabblies,
I’m trying to enter in an Action Step that allows the user to add 1-5 image URLS

And of course I have no clue how to do it.

I can tell you how NOT TO do it (see the pic I attached)

But how do I have it such that the user can say: here are 2 images

Or here are 5 images

And the Action Step just makes the others be {{skip}} or something?
