I have added a delayed date but it is still not working .

Could you please record a short video on how you are trying to test the workflow? Though as we can see from your account, you haven't made a test submission yet, kindly try the workflow by adding a new meeting registrant on your Zoom.

As we can see from your history logs the workflow is working now, though it is taking all the lead even when they join the meeting and everything, which is causing the failure of some tasks because for that the phone number is available.

But, if you want to run the workflow only when the registrant is being created, then you can use the filter action step to restrict workflow to only work for "meeting.registration_created". Else the workflow seems fine to us.
