necessary automation for a consultancy specializing in credit and loan raising for clients

I'm looking for automation that can do all the data gathering during the sales call.
I'm currently having this automation:
1. Gmail documents sent to the drive folder
2. google form to Google Sheets so can the client fill in his information

what do you suggest I should add to my bundle?
