Need help in setting up Google sheet to Email pabbly set up

Hi I want to set up a automation for my google sheet where if i update a certain row with X mark there should be a mail to sent to the respective person through my Gmail id , any idea how i can do that and would be appreciated if i can get Any video or blog on how to do it
