Need help with connecting Instagram DM lead ads to google sheets

I've been trying to connect my Instagram DM leads to google sheets but there is an error message showing up. The actual message responses aren't being captured and im not able to properly connect pabbly to automate this task. I also found no relevant videos on the youtube channel to help me out with this.
