Creating a workflow using ChatGPT to generate a concise, objective paragraph on condition update of pre-listed symptoms (ie. Neck pain, low back pain) every visit for 5 to 10 patients daily. I thought of a Form or Database with Fixed patient name and chief complaints and when updated on their variable status (better, worse, persistent, etc.) would then generate a paragraph automatically for each visit.
ANY thoughts, ideas, nuggets on which applications to integrate with ChatGPT in Workflow would be much appreciated.
My thought: Notion / Google Sheets / OneNote / Form Builder app…..
