NO Button To Close The Upgrade Banner!

WHY isn't there a button to close this upgrade banner?
I'm already on a 2 year plan, and I keep seeing this AD when I'm logged in, with NO WAY to close it!
I want to be able to remove it FOREVER, I will upgrade myself if I need or want to.

Please Let me remove this EYESORE!
