No email response captured

I just created a workflow to automate addition of new user to zenler on payment through instamojo. The payment response captured successfully. But the email details have been not been captured. Why this error and how do I proceed? I am sharing the link below

Please check carefully there were no errors in the workflow, further to retrieve the complete details of the payment you would be required "Instamojo: Get Payment Details" after the trigger event.
Thank you that issue has been resolved. Can you please help with the next step? Through the router in step 1, I am adding the existing user to a course. But it is giving error 400.

BTW I am copying the steps as shown in your tutorial video but it is giving error. Can you please tell me whom do I write to for it? Just to let you know tutorials videos are part of your initial package.

If any error occurs in the action/trigger event step after passing all the corresponding values in the fields as required then you can share that issue with us.
Other than that if you want to create automation on the platform from the scratch and manage it then we would suggest hiring an automation expert.
I was creating an automation from scratch by watching the tutorial video. For this I do not see the need to hire an automation expert as these videos are created for that purpose only. Please let me know if I am wrong.
That's why I don't understand why you are insisting me to hire a freelancer every time I ask a query.
Btw there was an error in your video, maybe because it was shot couple of years back. There have been some changes in the steps since then.
Anyway, I could figure out what was amiss and the automation is working fine.
