No more support of multipart???

Hi guys,
I read that you do not support multipart anymore, do you provide a wordaround?
I have a file URL from a gravity form submission that I need to convert to multipart in order to upload it to hubspot

They never supported that in the past, and last time when I asked them(2-days ago) they said no plans for it.
But I agree that it will open a lot of possibilities.
