none of the automations working

Hi,
Since couple of days automation behaviour is random. Sometimes work, and most of the times not work.

Yesterday I saw this.

Again did a trial and ran through all the steps and tested, it seemed working.

But it is not working in real-time.

Can you please check what is wrong and let me know ASAP?
