Not able to login

I tried logging into Pabbly after a gap, and now the login process is asking me to enter the auth code from some security app on my phone. Which app would it be and how to activate it?

Try one of these 2 -

but I cannot see any QR Code to scan with my Google Authenticator, all I get after submitting my valid password is a text box requiring fill up of code from the authentication app.
