Not able to make connection with Zoho Bigin

when i click on "Connect with Zoho Bigin" it redirects me to https://accounts.{{domain}}/oauth/v2/auth?response_type=code&client_id=1000.QGP08CZ2S19X5IV7YW70U849VW8OME&redirect_uri=https://connect.pabbly.com/callback-url&scope=ZohoBigin.modules.ALL,ZohoBigin.settings.ALL,ZohoBigin.users.ALL,ZohoBigin.org.read&state=eyJzb3VyY2UiOiJhcHBzIiwiaWQiOjcwNywiYnRuX2lkIjoib19hdXRoX2J0bl8xNzExNzEyMzk2MTA5MDQ1MDQyNDE5MDY1MDQ3OTMiLCJhcHBfaWQiOjcwN30,&access_type=offline&mode=post_message&prompt=consent

where at first line domain is not inserted. ( https://accounts.{{domain}}/oauth/v2/auth?)

then i tried to replace the link with https://accounts.zoho.in/oauth/v2/auth

it takes me to below page and once i hit the accept button

it doesn't do much. just empty response -
