Notion database query doesn't return any results

I am running into an issue where a Notion database query is returning no results when executed, even though when testing with the same data, it does return results.
To explain properly, I recorded this video:

Extra note: I started using the “query database” action instead of “search page” which no longer works, as detailed here:
