notion iterator

Hi, in a workflow, I make a query to a notion database and it brings several records, but when I try to add an iterator in order to iterate the results, the iterator does not show anything in the iterate array field. How can I iterate over the items of the notion query result?

Hey @javiermarcon

It appears that you haven't captured the webhook response in advance format by toggling the "Simple Response" button then only you will be able to use the array formatted data in the Iterator action step.

The iterator object does lot specify that the previous response should be in advanced format, and the "Simple Response" button is on by default. It should be unchecked by default or a proper warning message should be added to the iterator to avoid wasting our time.

I understand your concern with the default settings of the iterator object. To avoid wasting time, it would be helpful if the 'Simple Response' button was unchecked by default or if a warning message was included in the iterator. Since the Iterator action step can be added to any step after the trigger event not all the steps responses can be turned into the advance response automatically.
