We are sorry, but the use case which you have mentioned is not possible with Email Parser.
Using Email Parser, you can get details of a forwarded email only from your Gmail inbox.
Here are possible Email Parser scenarios with us-

For your usecase , you can use any other application like Acumbamail , Mailjet which can trigger for Mail open and Unread.
