I'm trying to send a message to a WhatsApp group via ONLINE LIVE SUPPORT in vain.
HERE IS THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED: ''HTTP Status Code 500. The application processed the request but returned a blank response. Refer to the HTTP status code above for details.''

Please, could someone give us help to succeed in solving this issue?

Kindly check once at your end that the session ID that you have added during the connection time is correct or not-


Further, make sure that the WhatsApp account with "WhatsApp by Online Live Support" is live and synced with your WhatsApp account or not, as it seems its not working and even not fetching any details when checking on other events-


Do check it once and let us know about it.

You can further create a new connection in your workflow and check if its working for you or not.

So accordingly we can check further and guide you on it.
