Open A.I. Error

I am using Open A.I. to respond to Google Reviews, and I am getting this error.
"We could not parse the JSON body of your request. (HINT: This likely means you aren't using your HTTP library correctly. The OpenAI API expects a JSON payload, but what was sent was not valid JSON. If you have trouble figuring out how to fix this, please send an email to [EMAIL][email hidden][/EMAIL] and include any relevant code you'd like help with.)"
Not sure how to change the payload. Shouldn't Pabbly automatically change this to JSON? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.
*UPDATE* I saw in another thread that my Temperature was set to .7 instead of 0.7. This made a difference. I have this working now.
