OPEN AI Error

I'm getting the same error over and over. I've attached a screen shot of my sequence. I'm running the exact same prompt and settings in Zapier and not getting the error please help.

It appears that in the OpenAI action step, you haven't passed the correct Sampling value in the field. You have given the .7 instead of giving 0.7.
Though we have corrected the action step for you, it is working fine.
