Open PSB in ALL TIME mode and NOT last 30 days

Hi, we need to be able to configure the way we want PSB to open and not have this forced on us.
We always have to change this to all time, or a custom, which is the same thing every day.
Please find a way to ALLOW us to set the way we need it to open.

Much appreciated.

thank you

Hello Ray,

Importance of default date range as Last 30 days under Pabbly Subscription Billing -

Performance optimization: Displaying data for the entire duration since account inception (i.e., "all time") can be resource-intensive and may slow down the application's performance. By defaulting to a shorter date range, the application can load and present data more efficiently, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Simplified analysis: A shorter default date range simplifies data analysis, as users can quickly identify recent patterns, fluctuations, or anomalies without the need for extensive filtering or adjusting the date range manually.

However, it's important to note that users can still modify the date range according to their specific needs and access data from different time periods within the application. The default setting simply offers a starting point that aligns with common usage scenarios and user preferences.

most clients do not show up in 30 days search, clients that have been with us longer than 30 days are not searchable unless we switch to 'all time', and many clients are older than one or two years..

As such, we have no work around, the system needs to find clients by default, even if they are over 30 days.
