Pabbly Connect is not detecting or listening for form submissions from Ring Robin. Although the workflow trigger has been configured correctly, no webhook data is being received when a form is submitted in Ring Robin. As a result, the automation is not being triggered, preventing the data from being passed to the subsequent steps in the workflow.
Could you please verify whether Ring Robin supports webhook triggers for form submissions or if there are any additional configuration steps required to make the integration work with Pabbly Connect?
Hello Franky,
Thank you for reaching out.
We checked online and found that there are multiple services with the name "Ring Robin," so we are not certain which specific service you are referring to. To ensure you get the correct guidance, we recommend connecting directly with the Ring Robin Support Team. They will be able to confirm whether webhook triggers for form submissions are supported and provide the necessary configuration steps required for their software to send data to a webhook.
Once you have the details from their support team, you can then proceed with setting up the integration in Pabbly Connect accordingly.
We appreciate your understanding.

Hello Adeel, this is the link: https://ringrobin.net/app/
Call clicked and call completed are working but not form submitted.

Hello Franky,
As per the screenshot, you have added 4 Webhook URLs, which are subscribed to Events Call Clicked and Call Completed. Edit and check whether there is the Form Submitted event as well?
Further, I recommend that you confirm the same with the RingRobin Support Team, as they will be able to provide correct information about their product features then Pabbly Support Team.

Yes, the form submission is available. However, Pabbly Connect is not detecting the form submission event. When I try to recapture the webhook, it just keeps spinning and never receives any data.
I already contacted Ring Robin Support, and they confirmed that Ring Robin fully supports outbound webhooks for form submissions. They also said that Pabbly Connect should work without any issues.

Hello Franky,
Can you share the particular workflow URL for which you have selected the Form submitted event? Also, can you uncheck the other events (Call clicked, and Call completed and then submit a form by hitting the Recapture response button before submission.

Hello Adeel,
1.) Here is the video recording for your reference: https://screen.makingonlineeasy.com/recordings/SS6BrgpmeJZcGrHsyap9
2.) Here is the Pabbly workflow URL: https://connect.pabbly.com/v2/app/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjcwNTY5MDYzMTA0MzU1MjZmNTUzNTUxMzQi_pc
3.) Here is the website URL where the form is located: https://boatrepairmiamibeach.com/
What I noticed is that the form created in RingRobin has a gray circle, while the other forms created in Meta and Gravity Forms have green and red circles in the green section. Pabbly Connect listens to form submissions from GHL forms, such as Gravity Forms and Meta Forms, but it does not listen to form submissions from RingRobin.

Hello Franky,
We just made a test submission to the webhook of the particular workflow, the webhook instantly received the data. In webhook integration, we do not have control over the source application; we only catch the data sent from the source application. We do not have control over fetching the data or rejecting the incoming data.

Here you can see the status is not 200ok like others. This confirms that the source application did not sent the data to the webhook.

I recommend that you contact RingRobin Support Team and ask them to deliver the Form submission data to the particular webhook URL. The issue is not from Pabbly's end.
Thanks & Regards,
