I'm unable to download the file in /tmp which was working before.

Please try running this code in an online Python compiler, with the Parcel PdfLabel captured in your Task History. If it works in the online compiler, please let me know. If it doesn't work in the online compiler either, then the issue is related to your Parcel PdfLabel, and you would need to contact the support of the endpoint you are trying to execute.
It was working before.
