Pabbly Connect Workflow Auto-Deactivation Issue

Hi Team,

I am experiencing an issue with Pabbly Connect where newly created workflows are getting deactivated automatically after a short period. I have set up a workflow to send leads from Meta to Google Sheets, and while it initially works fine, the workflow becomes inactive without any manual intervention.


Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and provide a solution to prevent the workflows from turning inactive? Any guidance on troubleshooting or necessary settings adjustments would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Srijin Francis,

The issue where workflows were getting automatically disabled, even if they contained a paid step, has now been resolved. Please reactivate your disabled workflows and after monitoring them for some time confirm if they are working as expected.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the workflow URL so we can better look into the issue.
