Pabbly Delay Feature questions

Hi there, we have a sales calendar within our business. Our sales team update the events with updates around 30 mins-60mins after the event is ended. We then want to transfer this to a google sheets with the updated description etc. Would the delay feature work by delaying this action for 1 hour and THEN capture the data with the salesman updates on it for example or would it capture whatever data is on the event the moment it ends and then just hold it for an hour.

Delay will retain any data captured during the initial execution of your workflow and transfer it to Google Sheets. The data received from workflow execution, through the update of the event description by your team, will be treated as a separate task.
