pabbly delay step error

maybe an error or a bug,

I have a workflow with a delay step, in the case below the delay was executed but the next action was not performed.
please note that I re-executed the task and it worked:

original Task ID - 23 min delay -failed to execute the steps after the delay

rexecuted task id-6 minutes delay- execute the steps after the delay
