Pabbly <> Dropcontact

I am going through the tutorial on Dropcontact's website and it's not very good - I can't replicate the steps mentioned, e.g. getting Batch ID. I am retrieving data from a different tool and I have First name, last name, email -- all I need to get the emails of people using Pabbly. However I am not able to get any of those 2 steps to work. "Create contact" step is asking for some email address, it doesn't make sense to me. And "get contact" step is asking for a Batch ID which I am not able to get. Also I didn't see any tutorials in your KB (maybe I missed it). Can you show how I can get emails using Pabbly + Dropcontact? Thanks

Could you please share the URL of your workflow in which you have this concern? Also, could you elaborate a bit more on the exact use case you are trying to achieve through Pabbly Connect?

The use case is pretty simple. Dropcontact is an email enrichment tool, they need first name, last name, and company domain to find a person's email. I want to use pabbly by connecting a different tool to Dropcontact. So my tool (BreakCold) sends the 3 data points > to Pabbly > to Dropcontact =>> result: I get email address of the person. Can you please confirm this is possible? For example by sending these data points from some sort of a form on your end, so we can establish this is actually work as it should?

Resolved. Found a way to get this work, despite their docs being sub-optimal
