Pabbly duplicating tickets

Hi team

We have noticed and its increasing lately that we are having one of our workflows running multiple times, duplicating tickets in consequence, and we don't know why.
The workflows in question is our "Send new HubSpot ticket to Teamworks". We noticed that this runs 2, 3 and 4 times for some tickets creating a lot more work as we have to delete the tickets it creates.

We know this is happening because its duplicating the ticket number multiple times, screenshot attached, and always generates a new task on Teamworks.

I have added the most recent task history ID but its happening with this workflow

Hello @ruben-echo,

We have reviewed the workflow, and it does not appear that the HubSpot trigger is firing multiple times for the same ticket. From our checks, it is only being triggered when a new ticket is created.

If you have identified any task histories where the same ticket has triggered the workflow multiple times, could you please share those specific task history IDs with us? This will help us investigate further. As of now, the workflow seems to be functioning correctly on our end.

We have escalated this issue to our technical team for further review. In the meantime, could you please share any recent task history IDs where you noticed duplicate ticket IDs being captured? This will help us investigate more effectively.
