We have noticed and its increasing lately that we are having one of our workflows running multiple times, duplicating tickets in consequence, and we don't know why.
The workflows in question is our "Send new HubSpot ticket to Teamworks". We noticed that this runs 2, 3 and 4 times for some tickets creating a lot more work as we have to delete the tickets it creates.
We know this is happening because its duplicating the ticket number multiple times, screenshot attached, and always generates a new task on Teamworks.
I have added the most recent task history ID but its happening with this workflow
