Pabbly Integration

I created Lead form in Facebook Ads and integrate it to Pabbly with Text Formatter and in the Lead Form there is a Number in the end of a Question and also there is Uppercasefor Basic Text Formatting which is MCQ, now whenever the person fill the lead to that MCQ the number is not showing in the Excel in some cases.

Due to the source being a Facebook Lead ad, the location's question is being presented without the associated number. Therefore, it appears that Facebook is not forwarding the location without the number.
Please find the Attached File there you can clearly see that i write all the location with the code, but pabbly is not fetching the code in Some Locations. Please tell me how to solve it? SEE Punjab Bathinda, there is a Number in Last and not in the Sheets.

Please check from the Facebook Lead ads trigger the response you are getting the location name without the number from their end only.
