Hi @SupportHubstrat,

Upon checking the task history, it appears that the error is coming from the Pipedrive: Find Person action.

In this step, the Email field from the Google Sheets trigger is mapped to search for the person. However, in the specific task where the error occurred, the Email field did not contain a valid value, which caused the query parameter to be empty.

Because of this, Pipedrive returned the error: “querystring/term must NOT have fewer than 1 character.”

Please ensure that the Email field always contains a valid email value in Google Sheets to avoid this issue in future executions.
