Hello, We have renewed the Graphy website on Saturday. After that in pabbly we have a problem in executing the Tasks of Graphy. What is the exact issued happened?

We have checked the workflow and found that all the tasks are not moving forward because of the filter condition. In filter condtion you are checking "ECG Skill Level 1 : Concepts & Techniques - Life Time Validity" = "ECG Skill Level 1 : Concepts & Techniques - Life Time Validity" but in the actual task we are getting value "ECG Skill Level 1 : Concepts & Techniques - 1 Year Validity" because of which filter gets failed and it will not continue.

Please check there is no issue with the Graphy app. It is perfectly running. You have got two new learner and enrolled in the course as well on 25th September.

Please check this automation. When the order creates in woocommerce. orders are not moving to Graphy and not enrolling for their course?

we have checked the results from the history and found that the email was started with the capital letter "A" because of which Graphy API does not recognize it. We have added an extra condition to lowercase the email and added it in the Graphy and re-executed the task and it was successful.

In the task it was failed because the user enters his email with capital letter in it and because of which it got failed.
