Hi All,
Currently, we have a few workflows that capture leads from 3 different websites. Pabbly via email parser then creates a contact in HubSpot with this data - that all works perfectly, but all of the contacts go into Quarantine. The only way to get out of quarantine is for the new contact to respond to a one-to-one email.
I have spoken to HubSpot and they have said this is how their system works, But are you able to advise if there is anything from Pabbly side of things that can fix this and stop the contacts from going to quarantine?
We have a form that is capturing the same details on a different site that is using a HubSpot form and these contacts do not go to quarantine. We are not able to use a HubSpot form on these other external pages.
Any suggestions or advice besides what HubSpot has suggested?
