Pabbly went down on Oct 31, but I didn't receive any notification.

Hi!

On October 31st, around 11pm (UTC8 + Taipei) Pabbly connect went down and it affected my webhook's response.

As a result, for the last 7 days, I stopped receiving data because I was blocked by my other application since Pabbly webhook failed to send a response with a 200 OK.

I was wondering if there is a way to be notified when Pabbly goes down or enable a notification to alert me when a significant decrease of webhook activity has happened in a previous active webhook.

Thanks

Hello @juanmontero

Sorry for your inconvenience. Please try to solve the blockage by the other application and try to Re-capture the Webhook Response and see if it resolves the issue.

However, as of now, there isn't such a specific notification functionality to alert you when Pabbly Connect goes down. If in future if we have updates related to it we will surely let you know.

@Preeti Paryani
This issue happened again twice.
Nov 29 and now Dec 1.

My third party application tried to send a json to the webhook and the webhook was down again. Because the webhook didn’t reply with a 200, my third party stopped sending the json.

May I know what is happening and how to solve this?

Thanks

Hello @juanmontero

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Pabbly webhook has not been down recently. To better assist you, could you please share the details of where you've implemented the webhook on your third-party application? This will help us investigate the issue and identify the root cause.

Looking forward to your response.
