Pabbly Workflow no longer sends date field properly

I've been using a workflow for over 6 months without issue. I have not changed it in months. For the last week, Pabbly has been sending bad data instead of the date to my Google spreadsheet. I just recaptured the email response to make sure nothing changed on the data coming into pabbly, and I then sent a test response to my spreadsheet. Even though the workflow SAYS it is sending a formatted date just like it used to, the spreadsheet is instead receiving a large decimal number. This number in no way looks like a date. What's going on??

Workflow: GMail -> Google Sheet
