Payment page is not at all working for most of the users

We have a youtube channel with 3.5 lakhs subscribers. When we publish any payment links more traffic will be generated to that link.

I feel very disappointed in pabbly payment page. It keeps on loading.. Once the payment information is filled, it sometimes not redirected to the payment gateway it simply redirects to pabbly login page. What's happening here..

I don't want to share which platform (pabbly) using to users. Payment page not even opening in brave browsers.

I want to know, how many pages can be active on the pabbly payment pages.

My registered email is same as my forum account.
