PayPal trigger/webhook not receiving any data

Hi everyone!
Trying to integrate PayPal with some other app but I can't seem to get any data returned. I followed the guide here: https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/how-to-add-multiple-ipn-url-in-paypal.110/
But I'm getting no data in:
Any ideas as to why I'm getting 0 Response as data?
