Pebbly Connect task is not renewed as per monthly commitment?

We subscribed to Pabbly Connect yearly pack. Every month, 10,000 tasks must be allotted on the 25th, but till now task is not allotted as per the monthly commitment it asks us to update to use kindly someone help me to sort it out.

I would like to inform you that the tasks for all the users subscribed to Yearly or One-time plans reset on the 1st or 2nd day of each month. Only the users subscribed to the monthly plan gets plan reset on the plan renewal date on the respective date of the month on which the plan is renewed. Tasks for your account will reset on 1st or 2nd Aug 2026.
You can check the last reset date under Settings-> Task Summary.
